Yields: 24 cupcakes

Ingredients:

1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® Yellow Cake Mix (or white)
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
Betty Crocker® Petal Pink Cupcake Icing
Betty Crocker® Cloud White Cupcake Icing
5 large marshmallows
Betty Crocker® Pink Sugar Crystals
Candy decorations and sprinkles, as desired

Instructions:

1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups. Make and bake cake mix as directed on box for 24 cupcakes, using water, oil and eggs. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

2. Frost cupcakes with pink icing.

3. Spoon 1 heaping teaspoonful white icing on center of each cupcake. To make ears, cut each large marshmallow crosswise into 5 pieces with kitchen scissors. Using scissors, cut through center of each marshmallow piece to within 1/4 inch of edge. Separate to look like bunny ears; press 1 side of cut edges into pink sugar, flattening slightly. Arrange on each of the white icing mounds. Use candy decorations and sprinkles to make eyes, nose and whiskers. Store loosely covered.
