Yields: 24 cupcakes

Ingredients:

1 package Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® Devil's Food Cake Mix
1 1/3 cups water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 can (6.4 oz) Betty Crocker® Easy Flow Red Decorating Icing
1 can (6.4 oz) Betty Crocker® Easy Flow Pink Decorating Icing
1 container Betty Crocker® Decors Valentine Shapes

Instructions:

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 24 regular size muffin cups with paper baking cups. Make cake mix as directed on package, using water, oil and eggs. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake 21 to 26 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan; cool completely.

2. Remove paper baking cups from cupcakes; place cupcakes upside down on squares of waxed paper. Using star tip on can of decorating icing, make rows of alternating colors of icing on each cupcake, starting at top of cupcake and ending at base of cupcake. Continue until entire cupcake is covered with icing.

3. Use Valentine shapes for eyes and mouth. Using waxed paper to lift cupcakes, place cupcakes on serving plate.
