Baby Girl Bundles

Yields: 8 servings
Ingredients:
1 can or roll of marzipan
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Crescent seamless dough sheet
1 pouch (6 oz) Betty Crocker® Creamy Vanilla Muffin Glaze
Cake Mate® Writing Icing in colors of your choice for hair and eyes or Cake Mate® Celebrating Decors
Cake Mate® Decors Celebration in peppermint sugar crystals or color of choice
Betty Crocker® Cupcake Icing in Petal Pink or color of choice
Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 375° F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Roll marzipan into 8 small balls for heads, about 1/2 inch in diameter. Roll 8 marzipan logs, about 1 1/2 inches long by 1/2 inch wide for bodies. Unroll dough on cutting board; cut into 8 squares, 3 1/2 x3 1/2-inches.*
2. For each baby bundle, turn the dough so it forms a diamond shape. Place the baby's head slightly below the tip and fold dough over part of the head; place body below the head and press gently to connect the two. Wrap bottom side of the dough up over the body; fold each dough side over the body to form the blanket; pinch to seal.
3. Bake 11 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Place on cooling rack. When cool decorate baby's face and hair with writing icing of choice or Celebrations Decors. Brush blanket folds with Vanilla Muffin Glaze. Immediately spoon peppermint sugar crystals over the glaze. Use star tip with petal pink icing to fashion blanket edging.
*Hint: If dough is too pliable, it helps to freeze the dough for 15 minutes or refrigerate until workable.
