Wedding Shower Cereal Cakes

Yields: 8 tiered bars
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 bag (10 1/2 oz) miniature marshmallows (6 cups)
5 cups Cheerios® Cereal
4 cups Coco Puffs® Cereal
1 can (6.4 oz) Betty Crocker® Easy Flow White Decorating Icing
Instructions:
1. Spray bottom and sides of 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. In large microwavable bowl, melt butter uncovered on High about 45 seconds.
2. Add marshmallows; toss until coated. Microwave uncovered on High about 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring after 45 seconds until mixture can be stirred.
3. Immediately add cereal; stir until evenly coated. Cool 1 hour or until firm.
4. To make tiered bars, using 3, 2 and 1 1/4- inch round cookie cutters, cut 8 bars of each size. Stack rounds to form 3 layer bars. Decorate as desired, using decorating icing.
