Prep Time: 15 Mins
Yields: 30 pieces

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup Peanut Butter
2 tbsp Honey
1 - 10 oz bag large Marshmallows
6 cups unsweetened cereal such as brown rice cereal
1 - 1.25 jar Cake Mate® Pumpkin Patch Decors
1 - 1.25 oz Cake Mate® Chocolate Decors
12 whole almonds
12 Cake Mate® Cinnamon Decors
Betty Crocker® White Decorating Cookie Icing
also in green
Betty Crocker® Red Gel Food Color
Betty Crocker® Creamy Vanilla Muffin Glaze

Instructions:

Lightly grease a large microwave safe bowl with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

Heat butter, peanut butter and honey in a 4 qt sauce pot and boil gently for 1 minute, whisking until completely smooth. Add the marshmallows and toss to coat cooking over medium heat and stirring constantly until the mixture is complete melted and smooth. Gently simmer for 2 minutes more. Pour mixture into the prepared bowl. Add cereal and toss to coat completely. Fold in the Cake Mate® Pumpkin Patch and Chocolate (or Halloween Mix) Decors. Allow cereal mixture to cool slightly for easy handling.

Make the fingers by scooping 2 tbsp sized pieces of the mixture and shaping them into a finger shape. Gently press a whole almond into the end of each one to create a finger tip.

Scoop 12 heaping tablespoon pieces and gently form them into eyeballs. When they are completely cooled, drizzle each with a circle of Betty Crocker White Icing followed by a dot of green icing. Place the red hot in the center of each. Drizzle the edges of the white icing with Cake Mate® Red Gel to create veins in the eyes.

Scoop 1/4 cup pieces for the brains. Divide each piece into 2 egg shaped parts and gently press them together just until they hold - but still look like a brain. Drizzle the tops with Betty Crocker Muffin glaze to look like brains.
