Mr. & Mrs. Pilgrim Cookies

Yields: 12 Cookies
Ingredients:
1 package Betty Crocker® Sugar Cookie Mix
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
2 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp ground ginger
4 pouches Betty Crocker Cookie Icing
Use black, white, chocolate and yellow
1 bottle Betty Crocker® Parlor Perfect Praline Crunch
Instructions:
Place cookie dough mix in the bowl of a mixer and mix in all the spices listed above. Finish dough according to the directions on package for rolled cookie dough. Divide into 2 pieces, wrap tightly and refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until firm.
Preheat oven to 325°.
Roll out one piece of the dough onto a lightly floured surface or wax paper about 1/4" thick. Use a 2-1/2" cookie cutter to cut out several circles for the faces of the cookies and transfer them to a parchment or foiled lined cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Cut small hats from the scraps and attach them to the tops of half the cookies, pressing gently to adhere. These will bake into each other. Bake cookies until just beginning to golden around the edges, about 12 minutes. Cool completely before icing.
Use Praline Crunch to make Mr. Pilgrim's hair. To do this, spread desired area with White Cookie Icing. While icing is still wet, shake on Praline Crunch.
Ice cookies as desired with Betty Crocker Cookie Icing. Allow icing to dry completely before storing.
