Ingredients:1 box of your favorite cake mix
Betty Crocker® Cupcake Icing
Cake Mate® Cupcake Gems
24 whole almonds or cashews
Cake Mate® Classic Writing Icing

Instructions: Prepare batter for cupcakes and bake cupcakes as directed on the box. If a more rounded cupcake is desired, divide batter into 18, rather than 24 standard sized muffin cups. Cool completely.
Frost each cupcake with desired color of Betty Crocker Cupcake Icing. Pipe a little frosting into an almond or cashew and roll in the silver or gold Cake Mate® Cupcake Gems. Press one nut into the top of each cupcake, using a little icing to adhere them if necessary.
Use Writing Icing and decors to achieve desired ornament patterns.
