Double Chocolate Sweethearts

Yields: 12 hearts
Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
6 cups low sugar cereal, such as toasted oat o's or rice cereal

Instructions:
1. Line the bottom and side of a 13x9" pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
2. Melt butter in a small sauce pan over low heat. Add cocoa and honey and increase the heat and boil for 2 minutes.
3. Remove the pot from the heat. Place the cereal and chocolate chips in a large bowl tossing to blend.
4. Pour the syrup over the top of the cereal and stir to incorporate completely. The chocolate chips will begin to melt. place the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Allow to cool completely.
5. Using a cookie cutter if desired, cut out heart shaped servings and decorate with Betty Crocker® Cookie Icing and Valentine Decors.
