Spring Crescent Napoleons

Yields: 8 servings
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated crescent dough
1 box instant vanilla pudding, plus milk necessary to make pudding
1 can Betty Crocker® Sky Blue Cupcake Icing
1 package Betty Crocker® Eggs and Flowers Candy Cake Decorations
1 bottle Betty Crocker® Yellow Sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles and press the seams together to seal.
3. Cut each rectangle into quarters.
4. Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with Yellow Sugar.
5. Bake until golden brown, 7-10 minutes.
6. Allow crescents to cool completely.
7. While crescents are baking and cooling, make pudding according to package directions.
8. Once crescents are cool and pudding is set, fill crescents with 3 tablespoons of pudding.
9. Using the star decorating tip, apply a dollop of Sky Blue Cupcake Icing to the top of each sandwich and place Candy Decorations on top of icing. Serve immediately.
