Birthday Cake Bark
Prep Time: 1 Hour
Yields: 15 servings
Ingredients:
12 oz white chocolate
8 oz dark chocolate
1 bottle Betty Crocker® Rainbow Sprinkles
Instructions:
1 – In microwave safe bowl melt chocolate by microwaving on high for 30 seconds, stirring, and then microwaving in 15 second intervals until completely melted.
2 – Pour melted chocolate onto parchment lined cookie sheet and spread into a thin layer with the back of a spoon or a spatula.
3 – Place in freezer until firm, about 15 minutes.
4 – Melt the white chocolate using the same method used for the semi sweet chocolate.
5 – Pour the melted white chocolate on top of the frozen semi sweet chocolate layer, spreading it smooth with the back of a clean spoon or spatula.
6 – Immediately pour the rainbow sprinkles on top.
7 – Place in freezer until completely set, about 15 minutes.
8 – Break into pieces for serving.
