Striped Snowflake Cookies
Prep Time: 1 Hour 30 Minutes
Yields: 12 Servings
Ingredients:
1 pouch Betty Crocker® Sugar Cookie Mix
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tube Betty Crocker® Blue and White Striped Icing
1 pouch Betty Crocker® White Cookie Icing

Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 375°F (or 350°F for dark or nonstick cookie sheet).
2. Stir cookie mix, butter, flour and egg in medium bowl until soft dough forms.
3. Roll dough on floured surface until ¼ inch tick. Cut with snowflake cookie cutter and place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet. Cool completely before decorating.
5. Ice covers with the White Cookie Icing. Allow icing to set for 30 minutes before continuing decorating.
