Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter or margarine
1 package (10 oz) regular marshmallows
6 cups rice cereal
2 tubes Betty Crocker® Blue and White Striped Icing

Instructions:
1. In microwave safe bowl, heat butter and marshmallows on high power for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Add cereal and stir until well mixed. Using a buttered spatula, press mixture into a greased cookie sheet. Cool before cutting out snowflakes with cookie cutter.
2. Using the striped icing and writing decorating tip, pipe a snowflake design onto the treats. Embellish with Pearl Decors
