Valentine Cookie Sandwiches

Yields: 32 Servings
Ingredients:
1 pouch Betty Crocker® Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp water
1 egg
2 pouches Betty Crocker® Vanilla Cookie Crème Filling
1 bottle Betty Crocker® Red Sugar
1 bottle Betty Crocker® Pink Sugar
1 bottle Betty Crocker® Valentine’s Nonpareil Decors
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir cookie mix, oil, water and egg in medium bowl until soft dough forms. If dough is too stiff, stir in additional 1 to 2 tsp water.
2. Drop dough by rounded ½ teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake for 6-9 minutes or just until set. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet. Cool completely.
4. Fill cookies with ½ tablespoon Cookie Crème Filling and roll sandwiches into decors.
