Cherry Cookie Sandwiches

Yields: 12 Cookie Sandwiches
Ingredients:1 box Betty Crocker® Devil’s Food Cake Mix
1 tsp cherry flavor
1 cup water
½ cup vegetable oil
2 pouches Betty Crocker® Chocolate Cookie Crème
1 jar Maraschino cherries
Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In mixing bowl, beat together cake mix, water, eggs, oil, and cherry flavor for 1 minute on low speed and 2 minutes on medium speed.
2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using an 1/8 cup measure, drop batter onto cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 7-8 min or until the cakes spring back when touched lightly. Allow to cool completely.
3. Fill sandwiches with 2 tablespoons of Chocolate Cookie Crème. Top each with a dollop of Cookie Crème and a cherry.
