Prep Time: 30 Minutes + 3 Hours Chill Time
Yields: 12 Servings
Ingredients:
2 pouches Hershey’s S’Mores Traditional Icing
2 cups graham crumbs (reserve 2 tbsp for topping)
½ cup (1 stick) melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup confectioner’s sugar
1 tub (16oz) frozen whipped topped, thawed, divided
15 miniature peanut butter cups, frozen and chopped
15 miniature marshmallows
1 cup cold milk
1 package (3.9oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
Parchment paper (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, toss together graham crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press into ungreased 9 x 9 square pan (option: line pan with parchment paper, then press graham filling into pan). Place into freezer to speed setting of crust.
2. In mixer or medium size bowl, beat until smooth: cream cheese (softened), peanut butter, 1 pouch of S’Mores Traditional Icing. Scrape sides of mixer during mixing. Fold in ½ tub of thawed whipped topping. Spread evenly over crust.
3. Chop miniature peanut butter cups and sprinkles over topping. Place pan back in freezer while prepping next step. Helpful hint: freeze mini cups to make chopping easier.
4. In a medium size bowl, beat milk, pudding mix and confectioner’s sugar until smooth. Mix in 1 pouch of S’Mores Traditional Icing. Let stand until pudding is soft set (about 5 minutes). Fold in remaining whipped topping. Remove pan from freezer and spread topping evenly.
5. Sprinkle top with remaining chopped peanut butter cups, reserve graham crumbs and miniature marshmallows.
6. Chill for 3 hours. Slice and serve. Helpful hint: to make slicing easier, remove dessert from pan by lifting the parchment paper and placing on a flat surface.
