Football Whoopie Pies

Yields: 12 Whoopie Pies
Ingredients:
1 box Betty Crocker® Devils Food Cake Mix
1 – 4 serving package of instant chocolate pudding
3 eggs
½ cup water
½ cup vegetable oil
1 can Betty Crocker® White Cake Icing
1 pouch Betty Crocker® Vanilla Cookie Crème Icing
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat cake mix, pudding, eggs, water, and vegetable oil together on low speed until moistened and then on medium speed for 1 minute.
2. Drop by large tablespoons onto parchment lined cookie sheets, spacing at least 2 inches apart.
3. Bake 10-13 minutes. Cool 2 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
4. Once cooled, squeeze about 1 tablespoon of Vanilla Cookie Crème onto half of the cookies. Place remaining cookies on top.
5. Pipe the football laces using the White Cake Icing fitted with the writing tip.
