St. Patty's Day Cookie Sandwiches

Yields: 12 Servings
Ingredients:
2 dozen store bought cookies
1 pouch Betty Crocker® Vanilla Cookie Crème
1 tub Cake Mate Festive Fixings Green and White Sprinkles
Instructions:
1. Squeeze about 2 tsp of Cookie Crème onto half of the cookies.
2. Place another cookie on top to form sandwich.
3. Roll sides of cookie sandwiches into the sprinkles.
