Shamrock Cookies

Yields: 24 Cookies
Ingredients:
1 batch sugar cookie dough
1 tube Betty Crocker® Green Gel Food Color
1 bottle Betty Crocker® Green Sugar Crystal Decors
1 4-cell bottle Cake Mate Bright Nonpareils
1 pouch Betty Crocker® White Cookie Icing
Instructions:
1. Add 1-2 tsp of the Green Gel Food Color to prepared sugar cookie dough and mix until incorporated. The amount of food color added depends on your preference for color intensity. Start with the smaller amount and add more if necessary.
2. Roll out dough and cut out cookies with shamrock cookie cutter.
3. Bake per your sugar cookie recipe’s instructions.
4. Allow cookies to cool completely before decorating with icing and decors.
5. Outline the cookies with the White Cookie Icing. While icing is still wet, sprinkle on decors. Shake off excess decors.
