Chocolate Cupcake Sandwich

Yields: 24 Cupcakes
Ingredients:
1 box cake mix
1 can Betty Crocker® Chocolate Cupcake Icing
1 bottle Betty Crocker® Cupcake Gems, Perfect Pearls
1 package Betty Crocker® Neon Gel Food Color – use Pink tube
1 package Betty Crocker® white cupcake liners
Instructions:
1. Mix cake batter according to package directions. Add 1 tube Betty Crocker® Neon Pink Gel Food Color to the batter.
2. Bake cupcakes according to package directions, using Betty Crocker® white cupcake liners.
3. When cupcakes are cool, remove from liners and slice in half horizontally. Making a top half and bottom half.
4. Using the star tip, ice the middle of the cupcakes with the Betty Crocker® Chocolate Cupcake Icing. Place the top half of the cupcake on the icing. Continue icing the tops of the cupcakes.
5. Use Betty Crocker® Cupcake Gems, Perfect Pearls to put the finishing touch on the icing.
