Ingredients:1 box Betty Crocker® White cake mix
1 pouch Betty Crocker® White Bakery Icing
1 package Betty Crocker® Classic Gel Food Color
1 package Betty Crocker® White Cupcake liners
1 package disposable pastry bags with star tip and coupling

2. Line cupcake pan with Betty Crocker® White Cupcake liners. Put 1 tablespoon of each color batter into each liner. Liners should be ½ to 2/3 full of batter.
3. Bake cupcakes according to package directions. Let cool.
4. White cupcakes are cooling, prepare pastry bags. Attach pastry tip to bag according to directions. Open pastry bag and draw lines of Gel Food Color using all 4 colors, equally spaced apart inside the bag. Fill bag with Betty Crocker® White Bakery Icing.
5. Express a bit of icing on a paper towel to make sure the rainbow effect is uniform. Ice cupcakes with the rainbow icing.
Helpful hint: If more than one pastry bag of Rainbow icing is needed, you must use a new/clean bag each time in order to get the clean, crisp rainbow lines.
