Ice Cream Sandwich Snaps

Ingredients:
Snyder’s of Hanover Butter Snaps (2 per sandwich)
Your favorite ice cream
Cake Mate Nonpareils, spread into a thin layer in a plate
Instructions:
1.Top a Butter Snap with a heaping teaspoon of your favorite ice cream; top with another Butter Snap; clean edges.
2. Tap each side of the ice cream sandwich in the plate of nonpareils; keep frozen until ready to serve.
