Ingredients:1 box (15.2 oz) Betty Crocker® Cinnamon Streusel Muffin Mix
Milk, vegetable oil and eggs called for on muffin box
1 tube (.67 oz) Betty Crocker® Cupcake Creations® Mocha Gel Cake Flavoring
1 pouch (6 oz) Betty Crocker® Creamy Vanilla Muffin Glaze
1 pouch (6 oz) Betty Crocker® Cinnamon Supreme Muffin Glaze
Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 400°F. Grease (or use cooking spray) bottoms of jumbo muffin cups.
2. Stir muffin mix, milk, oil, eggs and mocha gel cake flavoring in medium bowl just until blended (batter may be lumpy). Divide batter among muffin cups (each about 2/3 full).
3. Sprinkle streusel over batter in each cup; press lightly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Run knife around edges of cups before removing; carefully remove from pan. Cool completely before icing.
4. Drizzle vanilla muffin glaze in one direction; drizzle cinnamon supreme muffin glaze in opposite direction.
