Spooky Kooky Cupcakes

Yields: 24 cupcakes
Ingredients:1 box (1 lb 2.25 oz) Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® Devil's Food Cake Mix
vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
1 container (1 lb) Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy® White Frosting
1 tube (0.68 oz) Betty Crocker® Black Decorating Gel
1 cup assorted small candies (such as tiny jelly beans or candy corn)
Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups.
2. Make cupcakes as directed on box for 24 cupcakes, using water, oil and eggs. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
3. To decorate each cupcake, spoon about 1 tablespoon frosting on top of each. With back of spoon, spread frosting into shape of light bulb for skeleton head. Immediately decorate with gel and candies to make skeleton face.
